Maintenance of the solutions offered by Alias Blue aims to provide service offerings compliant with the best standards of the software industry. It is divided into two main categories:

Corrective Maintenance TMA: In case of malfunction or anomaly in one of our solutions, our maintenance service carries out a series of crucial steps. This includes identifying and reproducing malfunctions, as well as quickly correcting anomalies to ensure system stability and availability

Evolutionary Maintenance: This category encompasses the delivery of new releases of CFS Suite®, TFPro®, and Note Framework® solutions. These updates include minor enhancements to existing functions, such as ergonomics, management rules, and operational optimization. Additionally, adaptations are made in response to changes in the hardware or database system's operating system, ensuring ongoing compatibility and optimal system performance
